KAWS in i-D Mag
I do have to go grab that new i-D Mag tomorrow. There’s a great video interview with Kaws on their site. I’m kind of a hater when it comes to graffiti and the sneaker culture arenas just because it’s gotten kind of rediculous on some fronts but Kaws is so great. I love his aesthetic and he seems to have a great outlook and seems super down to earth. Check this one.

The Lego Secret Vault: Lego Secret Vault Contains All Sets In History
Wow this made me really nostalgic and put a huge smile on my face. At 1:35 there’s a spaceship I remember getting as a little tyke at Xmas in the early eighties from my dad. I had so much Lego. It really is a magical toy.
I want a long weekend of sunshine and awesome. It’s beautiful out today, very fair. Yayuuurs.

I just woke up to hundreds of hits all over my portfolio and found this really embarrasing post on the W+K London blog. Strange good? or strange bad?
Wait. Too much time on my hands? Ouch.
You’re not living until you’re dropping at least 8-10 Ronnie-isms per day.
I know it’s actually a fancy hotel or something, but I would be so happy to see a whale flying by in the sky.
I want to live in a world where these actually exist.
Can prison food be unconstitutionally bad?
Nutraloaf (sometimes called Nutri-loaf, sometimes just “the loaf”) is served in state prisons around the country. It’s not part of the regular menu but is prescribed for inmates who have misbehaved in various ways—usually by proving untrustworthy with their utensils. The loaf provides a full day’s nutrients, and it’s finger food—no fork necessary.
Best read of the week so far.
My friend Cian just sent me this little slice of fucking awesome. Watch the whole thing.

“ Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round heads in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules and they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify them, or vilify them. But the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do. ”

Don’t I feel stupid. I always thought that this quote from my favorite Mac ad ever was courtesy of just some random TBWA copywriter.
